Roskomnadzor drew up four reports on the Samara-based media Park Gagarina and its director Yulia Illarionova under the article on «foreign agents» (Part 2 of Article 19.34 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation). All of the reports were connected to publications on the media's Vkontakte public page. Roskomnadzor claims that the editors did not label each of their materials «foreign agent». The materials of the administrative cases state that the main page of the Gagarin Park website has the necessary marking, but it is missing on «each publication».
