By the decision of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tajikistan of June 14, 2023, the claim of the General Prosecutor of the Republic of Tajikistan in the interests of protecting the foundations of the constitutional order, security and sovereignty of the Republic of Tajikistan was satisfied, and the Pamir Daily News was declared extremist and its activities were banned on the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan.
