A poacher, who had 25 spinning rods confiscated, attacked an OTV cameraman who was filming the incident on Lake Treustan in the Chelyabinsk region during a fish protection raid on May 9. Before that, another poacher tried to smash the head of a public inspector with a stone in the Magnitogorsk Reservoir.
