Leninsky and Promyshlenny District Courts of Stavropol satisfied the lawsuits of Gennady Tishchenko, vice-speaker of the City Duma, for the protection of honour and dignity and on the right of reply. The newspaper was obliged to publish the plaintiff's response to a publication of 2018 in which he was accused of raiding assets. The newspaper, which ceased to operate due to financial problems, must pay Tishchenko a forfeit until his reply is published.
