The editorial office of the regional Stavropol newspaper Otkrytaya Dlya Vsekh i Kazhdogo was raided by six officers from the Oktyabrsky District Police Department of Stavropol. They presented a ruling on abuse of freedom of mass information (Article 13.15 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation), the reason for which was the newspaper’s archived materials. The police seized the editorial computers and part of the circulation of the issue. From the reports of the employees of Centre for Combating Extremism of the Main Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, it appeared that the newspaper’s texts for 2012, 2014, and 2016 did not use proper marking when mentioning the phrases «Right Sector» and «Muslim State». At the same time, the newspaper’s website was subjected to DDoS attacks.
