The Administrative Court of Andijan arrested for 15 days the blogger Otabek Nuritdinov. According to the Regional Prosecutor’s office, the resident of Andijan was punished for “slander, insult and disorderly conduct”. Under two articles of the Administrative Code, he was also fined over $1400.
