On March 21, the General Prosecutor’s Office ordered the blocking of the material of Ostorozhno, Novosti which referred to complaints by mobilized people from Kaliningrad against the command. VKontakte blocked the post with this news item. It described a video, in which the mobilized soldiers communicate with the command, complaining about «suicide assaults» and pits for those who refuse to participate in these assaults. Following the publication, the mobilized soldiers told Ostorozhno, Novosti that their unit had been disbanded and many had been transferred to «disciplinary battalions», where psychological pressure was exerted on them.
