The article claimed that within the ruling parliamentary faction "Civil Contract," Hayk Sargsyan is one of the deputies who places large bets on gambling and loses, which has led to rumors that the bill he initiated—proposing increased taxes on companies accepting such bets—is an act of revenge. The case is currently under review.
