Nagaybaksky District Court is considering a lawsuit for the protection of the honor, dignity, and business reputation of Aleksander Tolmachev, the director of the housing and communal services of the Fershampenuaz rural locality, against the Vskhody newspaper and its editor Olga Teryakova. The reason for the lawsuit was the article about problems with water supply, published on the website of the media in June 2020. Tolmachev demands to publish a refutation and pay him compensation in the amount of RUB 500,000,000.
