The Tagansky District Court of Moscow has upheld a lawsuit filed by entrepreneur Oleg Deripaska against journalist and human rights lawyer Olga Romanova. She was ordered to «refute information that is untrue and defamatory of Oleg Deripaska’s honour by means of indefinite publication on her personal page on social network X». A fine of RUB 10,000 per day was imposed for failure to comply with the judgement. Deripaska disputed the allegations made in two video interviews that Romanova gave to Yelizaveta Osetinskaya and Katerina Gordeyeva. Osetinskaya initially appeared as a co-defendant. She removed excerpts of the interviews and Deripaska dropped the claims against her.
