The Tagansky District Court in Moscow has fully upheld a lawsuit for the protection of honour, dignity and business reputation filed by billionaire Oleg Deripaska against journalist and human rights activist Olga Romanova and Maria Pevchikh, head of the International Anti-Corruption Foundation. The court ordered Romanova to give an interview to Kommersant within three days to retract her statement that Deripaska had interfered in the work of the Russian courts. Two other defendants in the case, journalists Alexander Plyushchev and Tatiana Felgenhauer, reached an out-of-court settlement with Deripaska.
