Journalist and human rights activist Olga Romanova was fined 50 thousand rubles by a Tagansk district court in Moscow, for distributing materials without 'foreign agent' markings (part 4, article 19.34 of the Russian Federation code on Administrative Offences.) Earlier in the same month she was fined on the basis of the second part of the same article of the Administrative Code for failing to provide a report on a 'foreign agent' to the Ministry of Justice.
