Journalist and human rights activist Olga Romanova was fined 300 thousand rubles by a Tagansk district court in Moscow, on the basis of failing to follow the legal stipulation that all posts by 'foreign agents' must be designated as such (part 4, article 19.34 of the Russian Federation code on Administrative Offences.) Romanova was fined 50 thousand rubles on the 11th of November for the same offence, and on the 5th of November she was fined 40 thousand rubles for failing to provide a report on the activities of a foreign agent to the Ministry of Justice (part 2, article 19.34 of the Russian Federation code on Administrative Offences).
