On July 22, the correspondent of the weekly newspaper Nasha Gazeta Olga Likhograi asked akim of the Kostanai region in Instagram why entrepreneurs buy oxygen concentrators for the hospitals and why the government is not allocating budget for this. Next morning she discovered that the access to akim's account was blocked for her. Colleagues of the journalist reported that her question was deleted. Later access was restored and akim explained this by technical difficulties.
