The account of blogger Olexander Rykov in the social network TikTok under the name BalaganOff was declared «extremist information production» in Belarus. The decision was made by the court of the Pukhavichy District of the Minsk region. Based on the court decision, the Ministry of Information included the Internet resource in the Republican List of Extremist Materials. According to the Belarusian law, distribution and storage of materials declared extremist provides for administrative liability for both publishers and users.
