The Atyrau court partially satisfied the lawsuit filed by the Atyrau Region Police Department against Olesya Vertinskaya and Serik Kozhaniyazov, correspondents of Road Control. The plaintiffs demanded that the information published in the video «Atyrau. Dam. Post», published on the YouTube channel «DGK. Region 06» and to delete the video. The court ordered the defendants to publish a refutation of the disputed information, but refused to satisfy the request to delete the video.
