The Russian Ministry of Justice added Ukrainian TV presenter and blogger Oleksiy Sukhanov to its register of “foreign agents.” According to the Ministry of Justice, he spread false information about the actions of the Russian authorities, made negative statements about citizens of the Russian Federation, and condemned Russian aggression against Ukraine. Sukhanov worked for Russian television until 2014. After the occupation of Crimea, he moved to Ukraine, where he obtained citizenship.
