Journalist Oleh Baturin, who was held captive in Russian-occupied Kakhovka for nine days last year, told the National Union of Journalists that he started receiving threats after he published a material about the activities of the incumbent deputy of the Kherson regional council Valery Saltykov. According to Baturin, threats by different means of communication come from different people — both from the free and occupied territories. Oleh Baturin also filed a complaint with the police.
