The Moscow Arbitration Court ordered Ruslan Shaveddinov and Oleg Yemelyanov to delete a video about Mkrtich Okroyan, chief designer of the Soyuz military plant, and his family's foreign property. The video was published on the YouTube channel Navalny LIVE in February 2023. Alexey Navalny was listed as the third defendant in the lawsuit for protection of business reputation, but the claims against him were dropped. Navalny's associates refused to honour the court's decision.
