In Moscow, the prosecutor’s office drew up reports against Oleg Petrovich-Belkin, host of the program Historical Parallels on the YouTube channel Avtozak LIVE, under articles on incitement to hatred or hostility (Article 20.3.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation) and «discrediting» the army (Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation).
