The court found Oksana Zeifert guilty under Part 1 of Article 201 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (abuse of power). She was fined RUB 70,000 and prohibited from holding managerial positions for a year. The property of the TV journalist has remained under arrest since 2018. The case was initiated at the demand of the tax authority.
