French journalist Frédéric Leclerc-Imhoff was killed in the Luhansk region. The photojournalist was covering military operations in Donbas for BFMTV. BFMTV journalist Maxim Brandstetter (a French citizen) and fixer Oksana Leuta (a Ukrainian citizen) were also injured as a result of artillery fire from the Russian military. Brandstetter received a shrapnel wound to the left thigh and a contusion, and Oksana Leuta received a contusion wound. They were in the evacuation vehicle together with journalist Leclerc-Imhoff.
