The Odintsovo City Court fined Odintsovo-INFO LLC, which maintains the city portal of the same name, RUB 450,000. The fine was issued under the article on «discrediting» the army (Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation) for the user’s post «A clear answer to the citizens on the war crime in the Ukrainian Bucha». The website was reported to the prosecutor’s office by the singer and State Duma deputy Denis Maidanov.
