The head of the Petropavlovsk education department Sara Ramzanova filed a police report demanding the prosecution of the Khabar TV channel reporter Nurgul Akhmetova for “posting personal information on the “Law-abiding citizen” Facebook group”. On 19 March, journalist was called as a witness to a Petropavlovsk police station. She signed a non-disclosure agreement regarding the pre-trial procedure. The claimant is pursuing the case against journalist for revealing family photos that were never posted before.
