By the decision of the court of Vladimir, access to the material on the website NUR.kz «Zelensky commented on referendums in the occupied territories of Ukraine» (dated September 26, 2022) was restricted. According to the court decision, in the four materials published on different resources, including the Kazakhstan-based portal, there was found «unlawful, contrary to the norms of applicable law and harmful to the interests of the Russian Federation to ensure its own security and the preservation of state sovereignty, socially significant information». The court proceedings were initiated at the lawsuit of the 19th Military Prosecutor’s Office of the Army, military unit 56680.
