Marina Craciun, a former employee of the municipal enterprise Su Canal, filed a lawsuit against the media Nokta.md after it published an article about the double charging of market fees. She demands a refutation of the information and a public apology, as well as compensation for moral damage in the amount of MDL 5,000 (about EUR 250). The case is being considered in court.
