At 5 PM, Nodirbek Ashirov, the administrator of the Telegram сhannels «TUIT_Online» and «Talabauz», was summoned to the police station of the Yunusabad district of Tashkent for interrogation and detained for several hours. After midnight, he recorded a video in which he apologized to the TUIT management for «excessive criticism» and urged young people «not to seek to go abroad». At the same time, he named the reason for his stay with the law enforcers — «he tried to save the students from trouble», and then for some reason warned the subscribers about the possible punishment for actions falling under Article 117 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan (abandonment in danger).
