The Russian Ministry of Justice has included Abkhaz journalist Nizfa Arshba in its register of “foreign agents.” According to the ministry, she “disseminated inaccurate information about decisions made by the public authorities of the Russian Federation and their policies, as well as about the electoral system.” In addition, Arshba “is the founder and head of a foreign publication,” the Ministry of Justice said in a statement.
