Instagram blogger from Petropavlovsk Nikolay Nikolayenko received a pre-trial claim from the representative of the former acting head of the Department of Criminal Executive System of the region Berik Bilyalov. He demands to delete the post of February 12 this year from the page Petropavlovsktoday_fan, to declare the publication false, and to pay KZT 100,000 as compensation for moral damage. In case of refusal to fulfil the requirements, the author of the claim reserves the right to appeal to the court with a corresponding lawsuit. The publication is a screenshot of a fragment of an appeal of a law enforcement officer through an electronic portal to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, in which she asks to bring Bilyalov to justice.
