V. Grudnisty and E. Dombrovsky, security guards at a building materials shop, filed a civil suit with the court in Petropavlovsk to protect the right to their own image. The defendant is Instagram blogger Nikolay Nikolayenko. The reason for the lawsuit was a video of one of the residents of Petropavlovsk, filmed during the incident of the author of the clip with the guards of the shop. In the video posted by Nikolay Nikolayenko on his Instagram page, one of the guards with the words «What are you filming?» tries to knock the phone out of the hands of the city resident. The plaintiffs motivate their lawsuit by the fact that they did not authorise the use of their image in the media and demand to oblige the blogger to remove the video from the Internet resource.
