TikTok blogger Nikolay Lebedev (Nekoglay) was deported from Russia to Moldova. He was detained on November 9 in Moscow City after he parodied a video from a war zone in Ukraine, where a Russian soldier throws off grenades dropped from a Ukrainian drone. The court ruled to deport the blogger under the article on violation of the rules of staying in the country (Part 3.1 of Article 18.8 of the Code of Administrative Offences). RIA Novosti published a video of Nekoglay’s apology.
