Arbitration Court of the Pskov region is considering a lawsuit for protection of the business reputation of the Formosa-IT company against local activist Nikolay Kuzmin. The reason for the lawsuit was the activist's post and comments on the VKontakte social network. The plaintiff demands to remove the post about the controversial tender for purchasing chairs for the music school.
