In Kaliningrad, a criminal case was initiated against blogger Nikolay Gorelov under an article on the rehabilitation of Nazism because of his VKontakte post about the violence of the Red Army against the German civilian population. Gorelov learned that the Investigative Committee was checking his publication when he was summoned for interrogation.
