Mogutin was detained near the FSB headquarters at Lubyanka, where solitary protests were held in support of Ivan Safronov. Safronov, a former journalist from “Kommersant” and “Vedomosti”, has been arrested and charged with treason. Mogutin was released under condition that he returns to file a protocol on rule violation of a public event.
