Nikita Goldin, an 18-year-old blogger, left Russia after two interrogations by the Federal Security Service when he learnt that a criminal case would be opened against him. Goldin studied the culture of northern peoples and was the administrator and author of several Telegram channels where he wrote about politics, autonomy, the Komi language and culture. Now he is a witness in two criminal cases: on treason and arson of the military recruitment centre. In late September, Federal Security Service officers took Goldin for interrogation from a lecture at the university.
