Pervomaisky District Court of Bishkek considered the request of the Prosecutor General’s Office to stop the broadcast of Next TV in Kyrgyzstan and partially satisfied the application. Judge Ainura Satarova ruled to recognize the publication of Next TV as extremist. However, the court rejected the request of the Prosecutor General’s Office to close the channel Next TV and ban the dissemination of the product on other resources in the country.
