On April 29, the court announced the verdict, according to which it partially satisfied the lawsuit of businessman (now deputy) Khachatur Sukiasyan against the founder of the news website News.am, obliging the defendant to publish a refutation, pay a compensation of AMD 30,000 for insult and AMD 30,000 for libel, as well as AMD 13,500 as state duty, and AMD 100,000 for the payment of the plaintiff’s lawyer.
