On March 15, 2023, journalist Nato Gogelia was attacked by a representative of the pro-Russian party "Alt-Info" in the village of Bakhvi. On March 14, the same person participated in the action held near the Parliament in Tbilisi and in pulling down the European flag from the building. The Special Investigation Service started an investigation on the basis of illegally obstructing the journalist's professional activity and arrested one person. At the same time, a number of threats were made to the journalist from the supporters of the violent person. Based on the needs of the protection of the journalist and her minor children, evidence was submitted to the Special Investigation Service.
