The Presnensky District Court of Moscow has fined the founder of TV Rain Natalya Sindeyeva RUB 40,000 under the article on violation of the procedure for the activities of a «foreign agent» (Part 4 of Article 19.34 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation). The reason was claims to the marking of publications. Last September, Sindeyeva was already fined RUB 30,000 under the same article. Two fines in a year make it possible to initiate a criminal case against a «foreign agent» in the event of a new similar reason.
