The bus driver turned Filonova in to the police after she asked him to remove a sticker with the letter Z on it. He forcibly took her to the police station and filed a report against her. Filonova was charged with petty hooliganism. As a result, Filonova was left for a night at the police station. At the police station, she became ill and was hospitalised by ambulance.
