The Leninsky District Court of Brest has declared the Facebook page of Belarusian journalist and editor of the "Charter 97" website, Natallia Radzina (identifier: facebook.com/nata.radina), to be extremist informational content. Based on the court's decision, the Belarusian Ministry of Information has added the online resource to the "Republican List of Extremist Materials." According to Belarusian law, the distribution and storage of materials recognised as extremist entails administrative liability for both publishers and users.
