Kirovsky District Court of Irkutsk fined Natalia Podprugina RUB 20,000 under the article on organising an unauthorised event (Part 2 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation). The court decided that Podprugina organised a rally and demonstration of solidarity with the residents of the Khabarovsk region on July 25 on Speransky Square in Irkutsk. The reason for this was the videos on her YouTube channel, in which she allegedly called for participation in the rally.
