Blogger Nasofat Olloshukurova left Uzbekistan fearing of being sent back to the psychiatric dispensary. "Dear fellow citizens, I had to leave my country," - she wrote on her Facebook page. Olloshukurova had previously been arrested for covering the action of a local journalist, went on a hunger strike and spent three months at the Khorezm psycho-neurological clinic.
