The authorities of the Rostov region decided to liquidate the state unitary enterprise Editorial Board of the newspaper Nashe Vremya. The legal entity is to be closed by the beginning of 2023. Closing such enterprises is a requirement of federal law. They must cease to exist across the country on January 1, 2023. However, officials have a choice: liquidation of a legal entity or reorganization. In the case of Nashe Vremya, the authorities chose the first option; the fate of the newspaper and its staff is still unknown.
