Asemgul Syzdykova filed a lawsuit with the Pavlodar City Court for the protection of honor, dignity and business reputation against the editorial board of Nasha Zhyzn, the owner of the newspaper Analytic PV LLP and Ratel.kz correspondent Olga Voronko. According to Voronko, the reason for the lawsuit was the publication «The Love-Criminal Story that Happened in the office of Kazpost» (Ratel.kz, 21.12.2021), which Syzdykova demands to refute. Moreover, the lawsuit also contains claims for compensation for moral damage.
