On May 9, during the march of opposition forces in Yerevan, the correspondent of the news website Xosnak.am Naneh Israelyan tried to get a comment from Archbishop Bagrat Galstanyan, who was leading the protest, but he demanded that the journalist leave, and the Archbishop’s associates snatched the video camera from the hands of the cameraman of the same website Vahe Adryan, removed its chip, and threw and smashed the device. All this was accompanied by insults and foul language towards the journalist and the cameraman. Journalistic organisations issued a condemning statement on the incident.
