On March 15, blogger Nafosat Ollashukurova and her two minor daughters were taken to the Jizzakh Region Police Department for interrogation. On the same day, police officers also searched the flat where Ollashukurova lives in Tashkent. The blogger was detained at the request of a citizen for highlighting the problem on social media. In recent weeks, Olloshukurova has campaigned for the release of detained blogger Abdukadir Muminov.
