Nadezhda Puzhynskaya arrived at the detention centre to bring a care package for her arrested colleagues when police detained her. She was detained under Article 23.34 of the Administrative Code (Violation of the order of organising or holding mass events) and arrested for three days awaiting the trial. On October 6 the court found her guilty based on the police protocol and arrested for 14 days.
