Journalists were filming near a restaurant where former high-ranking employees of the Prosecutor General’s Office were seen. At one point, the guards of one of the visitors started blocking the journalists’ car and preventing them from filming. When Mykhailo Tkach got out of the car and said that he was a journalist, one of the guards deliberately hit him and struck the camera.
