The Basmanny District Court of Moscow fined Razygrayev RUB 100,000 and the TV channel RUB 1 million under the article on propaganda of non-traditional sexual relations among minors (Part 2 of Article 6.21 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation). The reason was the June broadcast of the Muz-TV award ceremony. Experts concluded that the images of the guests of the ceremony «culturally did not correspond to the image of a man of traditional sexual orientation».
